• Documents confirming the authority of the person to sign the contract: (protocol (decision) of the authorized management body of the counterparty on the appointment of the executive body; order on the appointment of the sole executive body; a copy of the power of attorney (if the contract on the part of the counterparty is not signed by the sole executive body);
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• A completed questionnaire from Appendix No. 2k TK
