Auto-extension

Together with the commercial offer, it is necessary to download the constituent documents in scanned copies for verification of the SB:
• The Charter in the latest edition with all amendments and additions;
• Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
• Documents confirming the authority of the person to sign the contract: (protocol (decision) of the authorized management body of the counterparty on the appointment of the executive body; order on the appointment of the sole executive body; copy of the power of attorney (if the contract on the part of the counterparty is not signed by the sole executive body);
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• The completed questionnaire from Appendix No. 2k of the Requirements Specification
