When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred terms of payment: The buyer makes payments in the account of payment of products (batches of products) not later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided the supplier provides originals of documents confirming the quality Products (batches), consignment notes and invoices corresponding to the results of the acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price shall include the cost of delivery.

Please note that your commercial offer (offer) should necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• Product name with reference to technical documentation
• Quantity of the products offered for delivery in the corresponding subject of purchase;
• Product price per unit of measure; Delivery basis (place of delivery, method of transportation, information about expenses included in the price of goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• Delivery period and delivery time
• Terms and conditions of payment of products

In the event that a different order of delivery is assumed, the quotation (offer) must include the relevant commentary.

The offer (offer) shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

The application of the technical description is necessary simultaneously with submission of the offer.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

OBLIGATORY REQUIREMENT-Loading of the price offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a contract of delivery with LLC "Eastern mining Company" in the customer's edition (appendix № 1)

Please note that this request is not a notice of competition or public offer and is not regulated by article 447-449 ch. 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
