Mandatory conditions for KA:
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order: Delivery of Equipment with the performance of Installation Work - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance of the completed work or UPD for Work.
Price fixing until 12/30/2023 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 12/30/2023 (inclusive), and deliver Equipment conforming to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
Fixing the cost of equipment, the cost of delivery and unloading of the entry into the trading floor, when dividing the volumes between the participants of the procedure.
The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Thunder".
