Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

3. The participant must submit an offer with the specification of the commercial conditions (price for 1 pc incl. VAT, payment order, delivery time), the full package of documents (see constituent documents for legal entity), as well as the completed table from the attachment
4. Incomplete KPs are not accepted for the tender.
5. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize the documentation, and accordingly the Applicant, corresponding to the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the bid is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all aggregate factors (price, agreement to payment terms, availability of /no advance, delivery time, accreditation to security service)
