Payment terms:Payment on fact. The price of goods is billed per unit of products taking into account delivery, including NDS%. Payment of goods is carried out by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the goods invoice in the Buyer's warehouse. If we do not match our payment requirements, you must specify your terms in the comments.

Providing a sample from the participants of the trading procedure at the request of the organizer of the trading procedure.

The commercial offer must be signed and certified by the seal! Form to fill in on your choice. Use of the form of your company is not prohibited by the terms of the tender!
Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The offer shall comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Vendor status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty dead/expiration date.
4. Price with VAT per lot unit (must be specified in Russian rubles).
5. Terms of payment (deferral of payment not less than 90 (ninety) days, from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with Rusagro Group, on the market - years
7. Readiness to work under a model contract - yes/no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is backed up in the bidding documentation.
