Offers are considered only from manufacturers, trading houses, official representatives.
Obligatory loading of a commercial proposal on letterhead indicating the price. In case of non-loading of these documents, the Buyer has the right not to consider the candidacy of the participant. Commercial offers / invoices can be sent after completion of the trading procedure by e-mail. address akapustin@uralkuz.ru.
The draft Agreement is presented in Appendix No. 3 to the Documentation. The participant in the Request for Proposals, when submitting the Application, is obliged to express consent with the terms and the wording of the draft Agreement. or agree with the terms and the wording of the draft Treaty and send as part of the Application a protocol of disagreements to the draft Treaty. It is possible for the Protocol participant to submit disagreements to the draft Agreement, Appendix No. 3 to the Documentation, on all points except for paragraphs 2.2, 4.8, 5.2. The customer has the right to express his disagreement with the presented Disagreement Protocol.
All products must be delivered in accordance with a quality certificate.
The buyer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.
In the event of an event restricting the competitive procedures or discrediting the Participant by the Organizer, the Procurement Participant has the right to contact the representatives of the Security Service.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
