Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Desired - 100% upon receipt and acceptance of goods at the buyer's warehouse.

Power transformers: warranty from the moment of installation 3 years.

Comments:
The participants of the procedure MANDATORYly need to fill out and send the attached file "Application for participation in the tender 1497466 - Cables / Transformers.doc".

Please, note! During the bidding process, the Procurement Participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.

If the parties reach an agreement, the contract is concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol on the website http://www.b2b-center.ru/.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend the term of the procedure and (or) change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, as well as terminate the request for proposals. In this case, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants to whom such an action may cause losses.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a public tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer (Customer) an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants
