Payment terms:Payment for the Equipment under this Agreement is carried out within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing by the Supplier and the Buyer of the relevant documents confirming the fact of delivery of the Equipment under this Agreement (TORG-12 consignment note, invoice and / or other unified transfer documents) without comments , based on the invoice. The cost of the paid Equipment is set in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement.

Требования:1.Согласие с проектом договора/приложениями Покупателя
2.Предоставить сканированные копии документов, заверенные электронной подписью, согласно приложенному списку в разделе "Закупочная документация"
3.Коммерческое предложение на бланке организации с подписью и печатью
4.Срок фиксации цен в рублях в предложении - на этап заключения договора с победителем до 26.02.2021
5.Гарантийные обязательства на Оборудование несет Поставщик. На Оборудование предоставляется гарантия завода изготовителя, но не менее 3 лет на системные блоки в сборе и сервера, не менее 2 лет на мониторы, на иное оборудование не менее 1 года.
