KPs are filed in 2 formats (signed CP and editable excel format).

Requirements for purchased products:
Vendor authorization.

The cost per b2b ETP is specified strictly according to the total quantity in the technical specifications.
The technical specification cannot be changed. Shipping is included in the price of equipment.

Two-step procedure with shortlist of participants. In the second stage, the bidder will only be able to bid on the items for which the offer was submitted in Phase 1.

Please note that the documents for accreditation under section 5 of the information sheet must be submitted to ETP b2b before the date of the end of the request phase.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
