Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Based on the results of the tender, the parties conclude a delivery contract with a price list with fixed prices for a calendar year from the date of conclusion of the delivery contract.
Delivery of the goods must be carried out in batches, the delivery date is determined by LLC KHAIR.
Prices are provided taking into account transportation costs to the Buyer's address.
Product requirements:
1. Products must be new (not used)
2. The quality of the delivered goods must be confirmed by a passport issued by the manufacturer and a certificate of quality (conformity).
3. Technical documentation shall comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.
4. The product must contain a trademark and special marking applied in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory indication of information in Russian.

The following persons are invited to participate:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is mandatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer authorizing the sale of the requested products);

The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Terms of delivery of products;
- The Bidder's consent to the wording of the buyer's model contract
