If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

100% payment on delivery within 14 business days from receipt of invoices, goods invoices and other shipping documents, in Russian rubles.

Products must be new, suitably packaged and protected from damage
Mandatory electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer, with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (company information letter, dealer and other certificates);
3. Permissive documentation
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and fixed with the seal of the enterprise.

In the commercial offer, please provide the following information:
- full cost based on all overhead costs;
- delivery method and time;
- detailed payment terms (prepay/deferral; VAT if available);

Winners of the competition procedure are determined, subject to agreement to sign the model contract without disagreement. Winners will be determined by the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Optimum delivery time;
3. Product quality
4. Vendor reliability
