The supplied products are subject to on-receipt incpestion. Only high-quality tools shall be offered. The tools should be factory-manufactured and supplied together with a quality certificate.
Considered will be only the proposals submitted in accordance with the procedure requirements, covering the whole lot and requested list of products.
A company selected as the supplier of goods and materials, having no contractual relations with PAO Uralkuz, shall provide a copy of Extract from Unified State Register of Legal Entities within 3 days period. Be sure to upload a commercial proposal, invoice and product certificates. If any of the indicated documents are not uploaded, the Buyer has the right not to consider such a participant. All the products shall be supplied together with a quality certificate, and conformity certificate. The contract shall be concluded as worded by the Customer only, no protocols of disagreements are acceptable. The Buyer can refuse all the received proposals incurring no liability.
