Documents confirming the conformity of goods with the terms of reference:
• Technical description of the Product;
• Product passport issued by the manufacturer;
• certificate of conformity (declaration of conformity) to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Requirements for Lubricants, Oils and Special Liquids" (TR CU 030/2012);
• tolerances and approvals of manufacturers of machines and equipment operated by the customer, for use in which the Goods are intended;
• declarations of compliance with the requirements of the specifications of manufacturers of machines and equipment operated by the customer, for use in which the product is intended;
• Product test results;
• other documents, including those stipulated by the norms of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On requirements for lubricants, oils and special liquids" (TR CU 030/2012).
The offer with applications must be submitted using our form. The form is in the Bid documentation. For the Procurement procedure, it is necessary to provide documents confirming the conformity of the goods with the terms of reference (technical description of the goods, product passport issued by the manufacturer, etc.). The full list of necessary documents is specified in clause 5.2.2 of the Bid Documentation.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
