Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:deferral of 45 calendar days from the date of delivery. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the price. Contract as worded by OOO "Donkarb Graphite", with no fines imposed in case the buyer does not purchase the entire agreed products volume.
