Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:postponement of 45 calendar days from the date of delivery. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the price. An agreement in the form of LLC "Doncarb Graphite", without penalties for non-selection of volumes.

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of the trading procedure: The trading procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature
