Payment terms:The products are paid in a cashless manner by transferring cash to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble. Preferred payment terms: Buyer makes payments for the product (batch) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery based on the receipt results, Provided the Provider provides original documents confirming the quality of the products (batch), invoices and invoices consistent with the receipt results made in as required by law. The price should include shipping costs.

Please note that your business offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the relevant items of purchase by units of measurement;
• product price per unit of measure; basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information about costs included in the price of the item, time of ownership transition);
• delivery period and delivery time

In the event that a different order of delivery is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include the relevant comment.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must enter into a supply contract with VGC Logistics LLC, as requested by the customer (Annex 2)

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or discontinue the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
