The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% - based on the Supplier's invoices within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products and acceptance of the AUCTION-12 by the Buyer.

An advance payment of no more than 30% of the cost of products is possible.

The provision of deferred payment will be an advantage.
Delivery terms:Place of delivery: pickup, or delivery to Yekaterinburg
Delivery time: 30 days (or according to the schedule agreed in advance)

Comments:
The cost of delivery, if carried out before Yekaterinburg, should be included in the cost of products.
