We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требование к поставляемой спецодежде::На спине размещается надпись ООО "НовоТехРейл", термопечать, длина 29-33, высота букв 2,5-3 см.

Поставляемая спецодежда спецобувь и СИЗ должны быть новыми, соответствовать ГОСТ.
Вся закупаемая спецодежда спецобувь и СИЗ должна иметь обязательную сертификацию или декларирование соответствия в установленном законодательстве РФ о техническом регулировании порядке СИЗ, в том числе иностранного производства.
Приобретение спецодежда, спецобувь и СИЗ не имеющих декларации о соответствии и (или) сертификата соответствия либо имеющих декларации о соответствии и (или) сертификата соответствия, срок действия которых истёк, не допускается.
Закупаемая спецодежда должна иметь соответствующие полосы. Спецодежда, спецобувь и СИЗ должны соответствовать типовым нормам выдачи спецодежды, спецобувь и СИЗ.
Спецодежда, спецобувь и СИЗ должны сопровождаться документом, документом удостоверяющим его качество (паспортом - сертификатом).
Комплект поставки должен включать в себя санитарно-эпидемиологическое заключение и сертификат соответствия на каждое изделие.
СИЗ (средства индивидуальной защиты) спецодежда, спецобувь должны поставляться в соответствии с ТР/ТС 019/2011 «О безопасности средств индивидуальной защиты». В комплект поставки каждой партии обязательно должна входить эксплуатационная документация на данный вид спецодежды, спецобуви и СИЗ.
