3. The supplier's priority is to provide the following certificates
(1) Copies of certificates (declarations) of compliance of PPE with the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Personal Protective Equipment" (CU TR 019/2011) approved by the Commission's Decision Customs Union dated December 9, 2011 N 878;
(2) A copy of the conclusion on confirmation of the production of industrial products in the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in relation to the special clothing, special shoes or other personal protective equipment
4. participants may not refuse to comply with the terms of the tender or increase the price after submitting an offer. In case of refusal to supply or attempts to increase the price, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies
