Delivery terms:-Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Kursk region, Zheleznogorsk, Industrial site-7.
-The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note, the universal transfer certificate (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, UPD) in the warehouse.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
-Products must be NEW, not used before.
-Provision of a certificate for the goods (GOST, FEZ, quality certificate, etc.)
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations

IMPORTANT!!!
The types of clothing prescribed in the competition, in some cases, were combined to form an understanding of the total volume required for Call FOR Bidding. Please refer to Appendix 1 on the norms for issuing workwear, where it is described in more detail which clothes are needed for which employee. Please form and attach a separate Technical and Commercial Proposal for the supply of workwear in accordance with the issuance standards and a file with the number of employees and positions.

To participate in this competition, you must fill out a commercial offer form in b2b format and attach a Technical and Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead
In the Commercial Proposal, you must specify:
1) The cost of goods, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) Product attitude - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to upload a document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
3) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
4) The method of transportation.
5) Agreement with the contract.
6) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
7) The products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the Technical and Commercial Proposal;
