Обращаем Ваше внимание, что условиями данной закупочной процедуры на ЭТП являются:
- ЗАКРЫТАЯ ПОДАЧА ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЙ.

При этом в установленный срок заявки участников размещаются на ЭТП в виде комплекта (комплект состоит из отсканированных документов, указанных в приложении "Опись документов", и коммерческого предложения в EXCEL-формате).
