This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Applicants who have submitted an offer not on time and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizer, and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding through an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted in other ways.
