5. Specify (in the note) warranty obligations, availability of certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products.

The price for 1 unit of goods excluding VAT.

Within the framework of the concluded contract at the price per unit of production, the supplier undertakes to supply the required volume of goods and materials to any of the Metalloinvest Group of Companies. The volumes, terms and bases of deliveries will be negotiated at the conclusion of the application for delivery upon the occurrence of a need.
