Payment terms:
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are carried out in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed or UPD for Work.

The tender procedure is carried out jointly with the procedure of JSC "Tander"
The tender procedure is carried out with the possibility of submitting alternative commercial proposals in the context of variations of the Requirements Specification
Within the framework of the competition, several options for equipping outlets with equipment are being considered:
- Complex delivery = delivery of equipment (delivery + unloading) and installation is carried out by one supplier
- Non-complex delivery = equipment delivery (delivery +unloading) is carried out by the equipment supplier, and installation is carried out by the installation company (not the equipment supplier)
In the case of equipment delivery, it is absolutely necessary to offer delivery to the outlet within the designated areas within the time required by Dixy Yug JSC – in the absence of a delivery offer, the Contractual Counterparty offer is not considered in the tender.
In the case of equipment delivery, it is absolutely necessary to offer installation services, delivery, including unloading, removal and disposal of garbage to a point of sale within the designated areas within the time required by Dixy Yug JSC – in the absence of an offer for installation and delivery, the offer of the "CA" is Contractual Counterparty is not considered in the tender.
