Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are carried out in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed or UPD for Work.
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Contractual Counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of the agreement with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment), in the absence of a valid agreement of JSC "Tander".
Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are carried out in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed or UPD for Work.
In case of full/partial prepayment, it is mandatory to provide a Bank guarantee for the amount of the prepayment.
Within the framework of the competition, the price list is fixed – equipment prices, delivery prices and installation prices (primary and secondary), prices for the service "Unloading the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor" until 12/31/2024 (inclusive). The supplier undertakes to accept orders at a fixed cost until 12/31/2024 (inclusive) and supply Equipment /carry out installation work in accordance with the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
Fixing prices (equipment, delivery, installation) when dividing volumes between several Bidders of the procedure.
The prices for equipment, delivery and installation indicated by the Bidder within the framework of this tender apply to any need of JSC "Thunder", both for newly opened facilities, objects of the "Redesign" format for JSC "Thunder" with direct delivery of equipment to the Buyer's facility, and for projects launched in JSC "Thunder" with the possibility of delivery to the RC (Distribution Center) of JSC "Tander" or with direct delivery of equipment to the Buyer's facility.
The tender procedure is carried out jointly with the procedure of Dixy-Yug JSC.
The tender procedure is carried out with the possibility of submitting alternative commercial proposals in the context of variations of the Requirements Specification.
Within the framework of the competition, several options for equipping outlets with equipment are being considered:
- Complex delivery = delivery of equipment (delivery + unloading) and installation is carried out by one supplier
- Non-complex delivery = equipment delivery (delivery +unloading) is carried out by the equipment supplier, and installation is carried out by the installation company (not the equipment supplier)
Participation is allowed for a number of items of equipment not included in lot Calls for Bidding (optional participation in delivery, unloading, installation, dismantling services).
In case of participation in the tender without delivery of equipment, it is allowed to submit proposals only for services (Delivery, unloading, installation (primary/secondary)).
In the case of equipment delivery, it is absolutely necessary to offer delivery to the outlet within the designated areas within the time required by JSC "Tander" – in the absence of a delivery offer, the Contractual Counterparty offer is not considered in the tender.
In the case of equipment delivery, it is absolutely necessary to offer the services of "unloading the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor" – in the absence of an offer, the contractual counterparty is not considered in the competition.
Terms of delivery of spare parts to the cash terminals: The Call for Bidding of the spare parts from the supplier is carried out by the contractor who services the facilities of JSC Tander. If there is a need, the contractor shall contact the supplier and purchase the RF from him at prices agreed between JSC Tander and the RF supplier. The contract for the supply of RF is concluded between the contractor JSC Tander and the supplier of RF (without the participation of JSC Tander). As confirmation that the RF is purchased by the contractor for the needs of JSC Tander, he has the right to demand from the contractor a copy of the current contract with JSC Tander without financial conditions.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
