Payment terms:Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Non-cash - Payment order. Calculation by products of OOO Mechel-Materials is possible.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by road transport of the Supplier (transport organizations). Shipping costs are included in the cost of the consignment. Delivery time: the shortest possible.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, 454047, Chelyabinsk, 2nd Paveletskaya str., 14.
Comments:
This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing responsibility. AGREEMENT ONLY AS EDITORIAL BY THE BUYER. (model contract is attached)

Settlement procedure: Postponement of payment upon delivery will be a priority when choosing a Supplier

It is possible to submit proposals through the electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from those who previously registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's email address ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
All proposals must be sent to the email address of the Organizer's enterprise Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
