Payment terms:Payment of the value of the batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices made in accordance with the Russian NC. Payment type: Cashless - Payment order. It is possible to calculate the products of Mechel-Materials LLC.
Delivery terms:The delivery is by road transport of the Supplier (s). Shipping costs are included in the price of the batch. Delivery time: Minimum possible.

Comments:
This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all forthcoming offers without liability. CONTRACT ONLY IN THE BUYER'S EDITORIAL OFFICE. (model contract attached)
Product certificates are mandatory.

Settlement procedure: Deferring payment due to delivery will be a priority when selecting a Supplier

Offers can be submitted via the B2B-Mechel.ru electronic site from pre-registered with the System, but who have not received EDI and who have not paid for participation in the System.
The acceptance of offers to the Organizer's email address is completed 4 hours before the expiry date of the Request for Proposals.
All offers must be sent to the Organizer's Email Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
