Payment terms:payment of the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the buyer of invoices, issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order. It is possible to calculate the products of LLC "Mechel-Materials".
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out by motor transport of the Supplier (transport organizations). Shipping costs are included in the product batch price. Delivery time: Minimum possible.

Comments:
This procedure is not a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability. Contract only in the editorial office of the buyer. (Model contract attached)
Certificates to products are obligatory.

Calculation procedure: Deferred payment on delivery will be a priority when choosing a supplier

It is possible to submit offers via electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from pre-registered in the system, but not received EDS and did not pay for participation in the system.
Acceptance of offers to the organizer's e-mail address is completed within 4 hours before the expiry of the request for proposals.
