In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and (or) Goods that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier, at the choice and discretion of the Buyer, will be obliged to:

1. Replace Goods of improper quality that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement with Goods of proper quality that comply with the terms of this Agreement, at the expense of own forces and means, within up to 5 working days, or

To return to the Buyer the cost of the paid Goods of improper quality that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, and to remove such Goods from the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the Buyer's own forces and means, within 5 (five) business days from the date of the Buyer's submission of the relevant claim, as well as
