2. Procedure procedure.
1. The Procedure phase will be conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. Phase of the Procedure - closed KP collection, negotiations with companies selected by Phase 1 results. The dates will be reported by an additional email newsletter.
This procedure of requesting offers is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer of choice supplier.
Need to provide:
1. Signed CP (provided on the organization's letterhead in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (annex Nos. 1.1 and 1.2);
