When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder provides and attaches the following package of documents:
1) commercial offer;
2) a package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure (the list is attached to the tender documents);
3) quality documents (letters about distributorship, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality passports, etc.).
Requirements for documents:
1. A commercial offer to the trade procedure shall be submitted according to the model form annexed to this trading procedure. The offer must be properly executed and supported by:
- presented on the company's letterhead;
- The tabular and text part must be fully filled;
- provided with the signature of the authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- the term of validity of the offer must be at least 3 months;
- scanned copy must be provided in *.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In the event of failure to offer a commercial offer or offer in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse from consideration of the proposal submitted by the participant of the trading procedure
2. A package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents.
The participant of the trading procedure provides a complete package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
In case of failure to provide a full package of documents, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposed trade procedure subject by the participant

4. Counterparties are not allowed to cooperate if there is INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE OF THE CHARTER ON THE ABSENCE OF CONSENT OF THE TAXPAYER.

This trading procedure is one-step, no recourse will be carried out.
