Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% payment upon delivery within 14 working days from the date of receipt of invoices, invoices and other shipping documents, in Russian rubles.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis - to the Buyer's warehouse ( Belgorod region, Stary Oskol, OEMK industrial site).

Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents within the time limits established by law.

The products must be new, properly packaged and protected from damage.

Mandatory uploaded electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents ( information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permit documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the company's seal.

Comments:
Participants who have passed the accreditation of METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC, THE EXACT NOMENCLATURE, WITHOUT THE USE OF ANALOGUES, are accepted for consideration.
When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, it is mandatory to attach a technical and commercial offer on the letterhead (TCH with the terms and conditions of delivery, with the terms of payment)
In the commercial offer, please specify the following information:
- full cost including all overhead costs;
- delivery method and terms;
- detailed payment terms ( prepayment/deferral; subject to availability of VAT));
- validity period of the commercial offer;
- warranty period;
- availability of certificates/licenses;
- other requirements;

The winners of the tender procedure are determined, subject to the agreement to sign the model contract without disagreement. The winners will be determined according to the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal product delivery time;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender(public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code
1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to
refuse all Offers received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
