Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The proposed paintwork materials instead of PF 167 enamel of ship's own production must comply with the requested technical characteristics (see attached files). The material under the hold MUST be provided with a GHR for bulk food products. In the absence of this certificate, do not offer materials. Instead of PF 167 enamel, PF 115 enamel DO NOT OFFER! It is mandatory to fill out the file in Excel format (see attachments) Without a completed file, the KP is not accepted for consideration)
