The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: 1. The proposed paint coatings instead of the ship's own-made PF 167 enamel must comply with the requested technical specifications (see attached files).
2. The material under the hold must be provided with a SGR for food bulk products. In the absence of this certificate, materials are not offered.
3. Paintwork under the hold must be compatible with Enamel HS 436 red-brown and epoxy materials
4. Do NOT OFFER enamel PF 167, enamel PF 115 instead!
