The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Terms of payment (100% payment) payment on the fact. The price of the goods is set for the unit of production including VAT. Payment of goods is carried out by the buyer within 30 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is considered to be signed by the parties in the buyer's warehouse

Providing a sample from the participants of the trade procedure upon request of the organizer of the trade procedure.

The commercial offer must be signed and sealed! form to fill out your choice. Using the form of your company is not prohibited by the terms of the tender!
Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must conform to the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer/Intermediary
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days)
3. Warranty Period/shelf life (on inventory, works, services, etc.)
4. VAT per lot unit (must be specified in Russian rubles)
5. Terms of payment (fact/prepayment-provision of advance) (recommended terms of Rusagro-100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty) business days from the date of delivery (provision of services);

6. Work experience with GC Rusagro, in the market-years
7. Willingness to work on a model contract-yes/No
8. The offer must be signed by the authorized person.
