Payment terms:
The Buyer shall made payment by means of transferring of monetary funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% payment within 60 days after the products have been received to the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation expenses shall be included in the price of the Products. The Suppliers providing 100% extension of payment term by 60 days after the products have been delivered to the Buyer's warehouse will be preferred. In case of advance payment the Supplier shall provide an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount that shall not be less than a prepayment amount, such bank guarantee shall be issued by a TOP 50 largest Russian bank or an international bank ranked not lower than BB+/Baa 2.
Delivery terms:
Delivery term: 30 days. The Supplier shall deliver the goods to the Buyer's warehouse at his expense and using his own resources. Manufacturer's quality certificate or any other certificate confirming the quality of the products is required. The supplied products shall be new, not reconditioned. Delivery term: 10 (ten) calendar days after signing of specifications. When dispatching of goods, it is required to notify the Buyer and provide the copies of invoices, TORG-12 form and the documents confirming the dispatching of the goods via the Transportation Company.
