Payment terms:The buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account in the following order:
100% - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time within 30 days of signing the contract. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Mandatory granting manufacturer / dealer status. Validity of a commercial offer must be at least 120 days

Comments:
A prerequisite for participation in the RFP and contract SUPPLY - AVAILABILITY STATUS - MANUFACTURER OR EXISTING dealership with manufacturers, suppliers need to confirm the status IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REQUEST WITH THE PROVISION IN ELECTRONIC FORM relevant documents. THE PROPOSED OFFER SHOULD BE VALID FOR 120 DAYS Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
