Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Payment for equipment is made by non-cash transfer of funds by the Customer to the Supplier's account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment and invoices. The invoice for payment must be provided by the Supplier within 5 (five) calendar days from the date the Customer signed the Act.
Delivery terms:Not more than 10 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement or Letter of Guarantee.

It is obligatory to use the form of the Delivery Agreement, which is attached to the procurement documentation.

Equipment must be officially imported into the territory of the Russian Federation, this information must be confirmed by relevant documents.

The equipment can be either new or used, but certification and authorization documentation is required.

It is imperative that the Provider has a technical support service (HelpDesk), both with the option of leaving and remotely.
