Компания-победитель подписывает типовой договор Мираторга, шаблон которого приложен к тендерной документации. Договора заключаются на те юр. лица, которые требует конечный заказчик АПХ Мираторг.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
deferred payment of at least 70 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Miratorg Agribusiness Holding warehouse. The price fixed by the tender results remains unchanged until 02.29.2021. The price must be provided in Russian Rubles
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse by and at the expense of the Seller. Shipping costs must be included in the price of the goods.
Comments: Prices should be for the units indicated in the tender.
In this tender Miratorg Agribusiness Holding will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The shelf life of the drugs delivered to Miratorg Agro-Industrial Holding should be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory period) at the time of delivery to Miratorg Agro-Industrial Holding.
A tender schedule document is attached to the tender documentation. But this schedule can be changed if necessary.
We ask all analogs to be indicated in the "Analog Description" field. After the completion of the first round of bidding, editing and entering information into the fields "Description of analogue" is prohibited. At the stage of rebidding it is only allowed to lower the price. All participants who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their applications will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
