Обоснование: ООО "Стройбаза №1" на прочих равных условиях с ЗАО "Митеп-Волга" и ООО "ФорсСнаб" предложила минимальные цены на запрашиваемые позиции, ООО "Абсолютные Системы" дали предложение с ценой в 2 раза превышающее предложение других участников. Исходя из этого, лучшее предложение поступило от ООО «Стройбаза №1»
