Обоснование: Принять предложение ООО ТК "Нафтатранс плюс" мазут М100 кол-во 600тн. Цена 15300 руб/тн с НДС на складе покупателя. Оплата в течении 20 раб. дней.Предложение ООО "НПО "ИНТЕХ" отклонено по рекомендации ОЭБ ГМЗ. Предложение ООО "ЭКСПРЕССОЙЛ" отклонено поставщик производил поставку в 2019г не соответствующего по качеству мазута.
