Ranking of bids

Purchase is made at the choice of a supplier for the supply of trading equipment for new stores, following the example of one outlet (according to TK) for approval of units for subsequent purchases.

1. This competitive procedure at the choice of the Supplier is sent a request for commercial offers, is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 p.1 and 1057-1061 h.. 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all the Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without explanation of the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
2. The offer must be loaded, and documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit an offer with the specification of the commercial conditions (price per lot incl. VAT, payment procedure, delivery time), full package of documents (see constituent documents for legal entity).
4. Incomplete KPs are not accepted for the tender.
5. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize the documentation, and accordingly the Applicant, corresponding to the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the bid is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all aggregate factors (price, agreement to payment terms, availability of /no advance, delivery time, accreditation to to the security service).
7. The contract will be concluded with another jur. person.
