Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

6. Production capacity per month, which is ready to allocate for this competition, in objects
7. The number of objects that the supplier is ready to take into operation at a time for delivery and installation work per day, pieces.

9. The term of installation works is from 2 to 5 calendar days

Important! The price EXCLUDING VAT will be taken into account as the basis of your offer.
Important! Do not allow fractions of a penny in the offer when allocating VAT. (Example 27.3333333)
Important! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and working drawings.
Important! The term of installation work at the facility is from 2 to 5 calendar days. Garbage collection from the facility from the supplied and installed equipment is carried out by the Supplier and is included in the cost of installation work.
Important! Delivery of the equipment includes unloading and bringing to the trading floor.
Important! Only complex commercial offers (covering all items of the competition: equipment, delivery, installation) are subject to consideration. Proposals for part of the items WITHIN the lot are not subject to consideration.
Within the framework of the competition, a price list is fixed – equipment prices, delivery prices and installation prices
In the Specification with the winner(s), the volume is additionally fixed in the form of the number of objects (Outlets).
Approximate volumes for deliveries until 12/31/14: 62 objects - of which RD ME – 17 objects, RD MS – 45 objects (of which 8 objects for partial replacement, excluding FAS), individual deliveries to existing facilities - according to the file "Number of medium object in the context of formats".
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required
The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
