Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The buyer shall pay for the Products delivered by the Supplier in the following order:
- 30% of the cost of the Products, including VAT, is transferred to the settlement account of the Supplier on the basis of the prepayment invoice issued by the Supplier within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement;
- the remaining 70% within 5 (five) banking days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the original commodity invoice in the form (TORG-12) by the Buyer

The term of delivery and production of the Products, 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of transfer of the advance amount to the vendor's settlement account
