Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of delivery of goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Certificate of Handover (Act implementation services, works) or other document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:When submitting proposals to make to the CP documentation since. characteristics proposed transporter. One-time purchase with delivery to the warehouse of the company in a period of not more than 14 cd.
