It is necessary to specify the cost per piece, taking into account the delivery by the supplier to the RC. The breakdown of the need is attached as a separate file. important! Residents of the Russian Federation submit the main application in rubles, an alternative is possible in foreign currency. Non-resident participants should submit their proposal primarily on DDP terms to the final RC. The height of the pallet during delivery should not exceed 2150 mm. A prerequisite is the delivery of the entire volume by tender until 31.12.2023. JSC Thunder reserves the right to divide the volume between the participants. Participants are required to indicate in additional fields their readiness to divide the volume and % of the volume of demand when dividing the volume at which the subject price in KP is maintained. The production schedule of the declared volume in the tender in accordance with the production capacity 3. Of.a letter indicating the actual production volumes of such carts over the past 3 years. Approved suppliers must provide 3 samples of carts for testing before the first batch is delivered. In case of non-compliance of the submitted samples with the requirements of TK, Tander reserves the right to refuse placed orders with a claim and switch to a backup supplier.
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the tender procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procedure of all affiliated participants.
