Purchase of transport carts according to the needs of the distribution centers of the Magnit and Dixie network. It is necessary to specify the cost per cart, taking into account the delivery by the supplier to the RC. The breakdown of the need is attached as a separate file. Residents submit KP in rubles. A prerequisite is the delivery of the entire volume of carts no later than 31.12.2022. The height of the pallet during delivery should not exceed 2150 mm. In the additional fields, you need to specify from what date you are ready to start fulfilling the order and how many carts you are ready to deliver before 12/31/2022.
It is also necessary to attach: 1. the completed form of the TAP (the form is attached in the tender documentation). 2. The production schedule of the declared volume in the tender in accordance with the production capacity 3. An official letter indicating the actual production volumes of such transport carts over the past 3 years
Bidders have the right to submit several proposals (the second and subsequent proposals are submitted to b2b as an "alternative proposal", while the "alternative proposals" must also comply with the requirements of the TOR and the tender documentation). When a participant submits several proposals, samples and documentation are provided for each of them.
A prerequisite for all participants is the provision of test samples.
The number of test samples is 3 pcs. The place of testing is the Krasnodar RC. As part of the acceleration of the deadlines for the provision of test samples, participants need to start producing samples from the moment they decide to participate in the tender and submit the KP on the site.
Pay attention! After testing on the RC, the test items are subject to verification in the laboratory. The parameters to be checked are specified in the terms of reference.
Also, each batch is subject to verification in the laboratory during the main deliveries. Under the batch we accept the volume of products specified in one shipping document. Important: the costs associated with laboratory tests of the main delivery and further quality control, in case of confirmation of deviations, are borne by the supplier.
JSC Thunder reserves the right to divide the volume between the participants. Participants are required to indicate in additional fields their readiness to divide the volume and % of the volume of demand when dividing the volume at which the subject price in KP is maintained.
As part of this CP fee, the participating company can offer an unlimited number of alternative applications. At the same time, alternative applications can be submitted in foreign currency, but the main application must be submitted in rubles, subject to the participation of a resident of the Russian Federation.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
