The purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain final bids with the lowest possible cost. The decision to choose the winner is made taking into account the customer's technical opinion and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants.
1. The required conditions for the quality of the goods — in accordance with the specified characteristics (see the procurement documentation);
2. Consideration of analogues - Analogues with characteristics not worse than those declared are considered. If an analogue is offered, the product drawing number, material grade are indicated and a drawing is attached to the competition for the approval procedure;
