Auto-extension

Preferably within 90-120 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods on the basis of delivery, confirmed by documents. We are ready to consider the conditions of the supplier.
Delivery terms:
According to the delivery basis, see Purchasing positions. The date of manufacture of products should not exceed 6 (six) months from the date of planned (actual) delivery. When the Goods are delivered with a limited shelf life (less than 4 months), the manufacturing time of the Goods must not exceed 1 (one) month from the date of the planned (actual) delivery.

Certificates of conformity of the sample of the Russian Federation, permission for use, license for manufacturing, passport, instructions for operation and maintenance, documents on the passage of customs clearance of goods in the Russian Federation (in case of delivery under Incoterms terms). The amount of pipes required for the purchase is approximate and can change, both upward and downward. The acquisition will be carried out on the basis of the revised production program and the actual need for the branches of SSK JSC. Disagreement protocols to the model Agreement of SSK JSC are not accepted. Technical information for each position of the pipe offered for delivery is provided strictly in accordance with the form for providing technical information (attached to the lot).
